Your books

BillBox keeps your companies, bills, stock and ledgers only on your own devices. We do not receive, store or read them. Backups go to the folder you choose and, if you switch it on, to your own Google Drive using permission only for files BillBox itself creates.

Licences and payments

When you buy, we keep your e-mail, business name (if given), the plan, the payment ID and the anonymous ID of each device using the licence, so that the licence can be checked and recovered. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or bank details.
